Artificial Intelligence has radically affected all areas of society. Many questions arise in this regard, especially for lawyers. This article will present EU legislation in this field and some judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU. The problems of the new General Data Protection Regulation concerning automated decision-making (including profiling) will be addressed in particular. The article also raises questions of justice in relation to artificial intelligence, problems of AI decision-making in law, especially the extent to which artificial intelligence can take over decision-making (without human intervention), as well as some other issues, such as emotions in the field of artificial intelligence and robot citizenship.
