Many questions arise in this regard, especially for lawyers. This article will present EU legislation in this field and some judgments of the Court of Justice of the EU. The problems of the new General Data Protection Regulation concerning automated decision-making (including profiling) will be addressed in particular. The article also raises questions of justice in relation to artificial intelligence, problems of AI decision-making in law, especially the extent to which artificial intelligence can take over decision-making (without human intervention), as well as some other issues, such as emotions in the field of artificial intelligence and robot citizenshipUmetna inteligenca je korenito posegla na vsa področja družbe. V zvezi s tem se postavljajo številna vprašanja, posebej pogosto tudi za pravnike. V prispevku so predstavljeni pravni akti EU na tem področju in nekaj sodb Sodišča EU. Posebej so obravnavani problemi nove Splošne uredbe EU o varstvu osebnih podatkov v zvezi z avtomatiziranimi odločitvami. Prispevek pa načenja tudi vprašanja pravičnosti v zvezi z umetno inteligenco, probleme odločanja z uporabo umetne inteligence v pravu, posebej glede tega, v kolikšnem obsegu bo umetna inteligenca lahko prevzela odločanje (brez človeka), poleg tega pa še nekatera druga vprašanja, na primer glede čustev na področju umetne inteligence in državljanstva robotaTEXTznanstveno časopisjejournalsSlovenian National E-content AggregatorNational and University Library of Slovenia
