Celebrities will always be in the limelight. However, this does not mean they have no right to privacy. There certainly is a different situation when the media reports about some famous individuals who openly share their privacy at the start of their career. However, if you invite journalists to write about your wedding, be aware that they will also report about your divorce. However, at the time of social networks, where individuals freely reveal their privacy, it is not completely clear what is that the media are allowed to publish and where they are violating their privacy rights, which are also protected by the code of ethics in journalism. The situation in Slovenia, regarding this issue, is very specific; the media have only started to follow foreign trends, after major political changes, i.e. the essential lead in journalism is: publish what will sell well.
