The article examines the integration of advanced artificial intelligence systems into the Slovenian legal context, defining the technology as a natural evolution of the digitalisation of law rather than a radical methodological rupture. The central part of the text analyses the engineering foundations of natural language processing as a key mechanism for preventing hallucinations in language models. From a practical implementation perspective, the article presents the transition from traditional search engines to intelligent legal case files and agent-based workflows that enable automated entity extraction and semantic document analysis. The concluding thought emphasises that AI in law remains a high-technology statistical instrument whose effectiveness is directly dependent on the user’s domain knowledge, while ethical responsibility and axiological judgement remain the exclusive responsibility of the legal professional. Finally, the author introduces the next generation of legal artificial intelligence - TFL AI PLUS - which he helped develop within the company Tax-Fin-Lex.
