Hate word, which is a broader concept of a hate speech, has widely expanded on the Internet, especially in chat rooms and social networks and news sites. There is substantially less responsibility for using hate words and chatting has in many online communities became increasingly aggressive. What is the protection of the rights of an individual in such cases, mainly due to the difficulties faced by victims with the identification of those who are offending? Can really the only measure be bigger control over the Internet content? Due to the growing tendency to regulate the Internet and attempts to abolish the Internet anonymity we can argue that also right to freedom of expression is under attack.
