WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to increase the number of the permanent chairé of professorship at the School of Law and at the School of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Trieste,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
In addition to the thirteen permanent (,,di ruolo“) chairs of professorslrp now existing at the School of Law of the University of Trieste, a new permanent chair oi professorship is hereby created at the said School.
ARTICLE II
In addition to the ten permanent („di ruolo“) chairs of professorship now existing at the School of Letters and Philosophy of the University of Trieste, a new permanent chair of professorship is hereby created at the said School.
ARTICLE III
The provisions set forth in Articles 1 and II of this Order shall be operative as from beginning of the academic year 1951-1952.
ARTICLE IV

REALE DEL CARSO STATION
WHEREAS the works for the extension of eight sidings in the Poggioreale del Carso Station, to improve the Trieste Pot t traffic-facilities, are deemed to be of public utility, urgent and- undelayable, and
WHEREAS the project of said works submitted by the Provisional Railways Administration has been approved by Allied Military Government,

ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The works for the extension of eight sidings in the Poggioreale del Carso Station, to improve the Trieste Port traffic-facilities, in the Trieste Administrative Commune (Opicina Cadastral Commune), as described in the project, dated 18 April 1951, of the Provisional Railways Administration, are hereby declared to be of public utility, urgent and undelayable in accordance with and for the purposes of Law 25 June 1865, No. 2359, as amended by Law 18 December 1879, No. 5188, and of Law 7 July 1907, No. 429, as amended by Law 7 April 1921, No. 368 and by R. D. 24 September 1923, No. 2119.
ARTICLE II
The project dated 18 April 1951 and the summary report of the works are marked „Annex A“ and „Annex B“ respectively and are deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs. Copies of the said Annexes are also deposited at the Provisional Railways Administration, where they may be freely inspected by all persons concerned.
ARTICLE III
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY OF THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE TIMAVO FISHING
GROUND
WHEREAS by Order No. 248, dated 18 August 1948, the reclamation of the land situated on the southern side of the Timavo river in the Commune of Duino, as described in Annex „A“ to the above Order, has been declared to be of public utility, urgent and undelayable for the construction of a fishing ground, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to enlarge the area indicated in the above mentioned „Annex“ to include the new installations constructed or to be constructed for the operation of the said fishing ground,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHARLES C. BLANCHARD, Brigadier General U. S. Army, Director General, Civil Affairs,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The work? for the enlargement of the Timavo fishing ground within the area delineated in red on the general plan annexed to this Order are hereby declared to be of public utility, urgent and undelayable in terms and for the purposes of the law 25 June 1865, No. 2359, as amended by the law 18 December 1879, No. 5188, and of R.D. 8 February 1923, No. 422.
ARTICLE II
The expropriation operations and the works must commence within 30 days from the date of publication of this Order and be completed by 31 December 1952.
ARTICLE III
The general plan and the summary report of works annexed to this Order are marked as „Annex A“ and „Annex B“ respectively and are deposited at the Department of Legal Affairs. Copies of same shall be deposited at the Agriculture and Fisheries Office, Allied Military Government, and at the „Consorzio Territoriale per la Tutela della Pesca“, where they may be freely inspected by any person concerned.
ARTICLE IV
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Section i. — Hunting shall be permitted for :
from 1 August 1951-31
Section 2. —• Bird catching shall be permitted : with bird-lime and nets (only „prodina“) from 15 August 1951-31 January 1952.
Bird catching shall not be practised in the Miramare, Villa Sartorio and Villa Revoltella parks, nor within 200 mt. from the boundaries of said parks.
Section 3. — The managers of hunting preserves are hereby authorized to provide, within the limits of the above hunting calendar, for such restrictions as the technical necessities of the preserve will require.
ARTICLE II
It is hereby forbidden :
1)	To use punt guns in the Gulf of Panzano from floats or fixed posts.
2)	To use automatic or repeating hunting guns for more than two rounds with shot ammunition, in the territory of the so-called „Alpine Zone“.
3)	To hunt with gun on motor-boat or towed by a motor-boat.
For hunting in social preserves, hunters will be provided in addition to the license for carrying arms, with a shooting-license issued by the Hunting Federation.
Calibre 8 shall be the largest type of hunting gun to be used.
ARTICLE III
Any person violat-'ng any provision of this Order shall be liable to punishment under R. D. of June 5, 1939, No. 1016.
ARTICLE IV

WHEREAS the road-works on the stretch of the Rosandra provincial-road from Lacodisce to Ronca in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces are considered to be oj public utility and of urgent and undelayable necessity, and
WHEREAS no objection or claims have been lodged during the investigations,

ORDER:
ARTICLE I
All works for rectification of the bend and the works of general arrangement of the Rosandra provincial-road on the stretch from Lacodisce to Ronca, according to the general plan submitted by the Provincia of Trieste, are hereby declared to be of public utility and of urgent and undelayable necessity in accordance with and to the effects of the Law 25 June 1865 No. 2359, as amended by the Law dated 18 December 1879, No. 5188, and of the R.D. 8 February 1923, No. 422.
ARTICLE II

Qualora le donne vengano destinate a compiere lavori tradizionalmente effettuati da uomini, a parità di condizioni di lavoro e di rendimento, sarà corrisposta la paga prevista per il personale maschile.

a) fino al 16° anno il 60% della paga dell’operaio adulto
b) fino al 18° 1’ 80% della paga dell’operaio adulto.

A partire dalla stessa data ai dipendenti cui il presente lodo si riferisce, sarà pure corrisposta T indenità di contingenza nella forma e misura con le eventuali modificazioni previste per il settore artigianale.
ARTICOLO 4
In coincidenza con le festività natalizie, i lavoratori avranno pure diritto ad una gratifica della misura di 200 ore di retribuzione globale.
In caso di inizio o di cessazione del rapporto di lavoro nel corso dell’anno, essi avranno diritto a tanti dodicesimi del suddetto importo quanti saranno stati i mesi di servizio compiuti.
ARTICOLO 5
Il presente lodo decorre dal 1° maggio 1951 e verrà a scadere il 30 aprile 1952.
Sarà ammessa una richiesta di revisione anteriore alla predetta scadenza, solamente nel caso in dui il trattamento economico dei lavoratori disciplinati dal contratto collettivo di categoria avesse a subire delle modificazioni.

Per il personale impiegatizio con mansioni amministrative, l’orario di lavoro è di 42 ore settimanali. Se la prestazione ha natura discontinua, la durata è di 48 ore settimanali.
Il lavoro diurno s’inizia alle 7 e termina alle ore 21, quello notturno è compreso tra le 21 e le 7. Le ore prestate nel periodo notturno vanno compensate con la maggiorazione del 25% calcolata sulla retribuzione globale.
Ai fini del computo della retribuzione oraria tale retribuzione va divisa per 180, per gli impiegati amministrativi, per 156 per gli impiegati tecnici.
Quanto a questi ultimi vale quanto detto in appresso per il personale non impiegatizio.
Il personale con mansioni non impiegatizie ha un orario di 36 ore settimanali. Esso può essere diurno, promiscuo e notturno. Il primo si effettua dalle 7 alle 19.30, il secondo dopo le 6 e prima delle 7 e termina dopo le 19.30 e prima delle 23,il terzo termina dopo le 23 e si inizia prima delle 6.
La maggiorazione per i turni promiscuo e notturno è rispettivamente del 10% e del 25% da calcolassi a tutti gli effetti contrattuali sulla tabella salariale del turno diurno.

Si considera lavoro straordinario quello eseguito oltre i limiti previsti nell’articolo precedente.
Per il lavoro straordinario diurno, notturno e festivo sono corrisposte le maggiorazioni che seguono da calcolarsi sulla retribuzione

Le percentuali suddette non sono cumulabili.
Quanto detto sopra vale per gli impiegati amministrativi. Per gli impiegati tecnici e per il personale non impiegatizio, viceversa, il lavoro straordinario compiuto immediatamente prima e dopo l’orario normale e durante l’interruzione dell’orario per la colazione, verrà retribuito con una maggiorazione del 40%.
Il lavoro straordinario non collegato invece con l’orario normale, verrà retribuito con un aumento dell’ 80%.
Il lavoro straordinario per le edizioni meridiane del lunedì è retribuito con la maggiorazione dell’80%.
Se il lavoro straordinario è collegato con il lavoro normale la sua durata si computa di quarto d’ora in quarto d’ora se è prestato per ultimare l’edizione in corso, di mezz’ora in mezza ora negli altri casi.
Il lavoro straordinario non collegato con l’orario normale è calcolato di mezz’ora in mezza ora con un minimo di tre ore.
Il lavoro prestato nelle giornate di festività generale verrà retribuito con la maggiorazione dell’ 80%.
Le maggiorazioni suddette si applicano sulla retribuzione e non sono cumulabili tra loro.
ART. 5
Sono concessi al personale impiegatizio per l’anzianità in servizio maturata dopo il 21° anno di età presso la stessa azienda e nella medesima categoria di appartenenza, 10 scatti biennali del 5% calcolati sul minimo tabellare.
Tali scatti decorrono dal primo giorno del mese successivo a quello in cui si compie il biennio di anzianità.
Nel caso di passaggio a categoria seuperiore, ai fini degli aumenti periodici, l’anzianità decorrerà dal giorno di assegnazione alla nuova categoria. La migliore condizione goduta per gli scatti maturati nella categoria di provenienza, rispetto alla nuova categoria di assegnazione, sarà mantenuta e successivamente assorbita dalla maturazione dei nuovi scatti.
ART. 6
Agli impiegati aventi normalmente mansioni di maneggio di denaro con responsabilità, verrà corrisposta un’ indennità di cassa nella misura del 7% calcolato sul minimo tabellare della categoria di appartenenza comprensivo dell’ indenità di contingenza. L’indennità non è computabile ad alcun effetto.
Gli interessi derivanti da eventuale cauzione vanno a beneficio dell’ impiegato.
ART. 7
L’impiegato in missione ha diritto :
1)	al rimborso delle spese effettive di viaggio corrispondenti ai mezzi normali di trasporto (in ferrovia almeno in Il.a classe) ;
2)	al rimborso delle spese di vitto e alloggio se necessarie ;
3)	al rimborso delle eventuali altre spese necessarie all’espletamento della mansione.
In sostituzione delle spese di vitto e alloggio può essere concordata tra le parti una diaria giornaliera.
ART. 8
Il personale impiegatizio avrà inoltre diritto all’ indennità di contingenza con la stessa forma e misura e con le stesse modificazioni previste genericamente per gli impiegati del settore industriale.
ART. 9
In coincidenza con le festività natalizie il personale cui il presente lodo si riferisce, avrà diritto a una tredicesima mensilità o gratifica natalizia. Essa corrisponderà a trenta trentesimi di retribuzione globale per gli impiegati e a trenta giorni lavorativi per il personale operaio.
In caso di inizio o di cessazione del rapporto di lavoro nel corso dell’anno il personale avrà diritto a tanti dodicesimi della suddetta gratifica quanti saranno i mesi di servizio compiuti. Le frazioni di mese non superiori a quindici giorni non saranno calcolate, mentre saranno conteggiate per mese intero quelle superiori.
ART. 10
Il presente lodo decorre dal 1“ maggio 1951 e verrà a scadere il 30 aprile 1952.
Sarà legittima una richiesta di revisione anteriore alla predetta scadenza, solamente nel caso in cui avesse a subire delle modificazioni il trattamento economico del perdonale disciplinato dal contratto di categoria.
