N irodni svet koroških Slovencev je na seji svojega osrednjega gdbora v Celovcu sprejel S. marca letos sledečo resolucijo: Člani osrednjega odbora smo v svoji funkciji kot zastopniki krajevnih odborov in občinskih zborov vseh dvojezič-nih občin temeljito preverili položaj naše narodne skupnosti na celotnem ozemlju s slovenskim in jezikovno mešanim prebivalstvom na Koroškem ter stanje, ki je nastalo, ker je zvezni kancler ob sodelovanju treh parlamentarnih strank ukinil kontaktni komite. •Nočemo se spuščati v podrobno navajanje posameznih ukrepov, ki jih je vlada v preteklem letu do danes uveljavljala v škodo slovenske manjšine na Koroškem in Štajerskem, od izvedbe protiustavnega jezikovnega štetja, preko zakona o narodnih skupnostih, ukinitve bistvenih določil na področju manjšinskega šolstva, do poskusa dokončne likvidacije slovenskega življa na Koroškem in Štajerskem, s popolno razveljavitvijo člena 7 avstrijske državne pogodbe v stvarnem, osebnem in krajevnem pogledu. Okrepljeni od uspešnega bojkota ugotavljanja manjšine izvoljeni predstavniki NSKS ugotavljamo, ■— da odredba o manjšinskih sosvetih dejansko jemlje Narodnemu svetu koroških Slovencev in Zvezi slovenskih organizacij na Koroškem pravico do avtonomije in samoodlo-čanja v smislu 1. odstaVka člena 7, ki govori o pravici do lastnih organizacij, sosvetpm pa daje “monopol zastopstva” in s tem krši omenjeno ustavno določilo člena 7. Mi koroški Slovenci se ne bomo nikdar odpovedali lastnim organizacijam in nikoli ne bomo sodelovali pri ukinjanju mednarodnih pogodb; ~ da pomenita dogovora strank o uradnem jeziku — ki ga že zakon sam stvarno in osebno skrajno zožuje — in o topo-giafskih napisih nedopustno zožitev slovenskega naselitvenega prostora, kajti omejitev veljavnostnega območja člena 7 na pičlo četrtino slovenskega naselitvenega območja pomeni ustvarjanje brezdvomne manjšine, ki se ji jemlje življenjski prostor avtohtone naselitve. S poskusom uničitve manjšinskega ozemlja stremijo v koroškem deželnem zboru zastopane stranke očitno za tem, da odvzamejo členu 7 vsako osnovo in bi lahko postala njegova določila brezpredmetna. Poudarjamo, da odobravamo vse ukrepe Koordinacijskega odbora Narodnega sveta koroških Slovencev in Zve-, ze slovenskih organizacij na Koroškem v zvezi z izvedbo člena 7, izražamo predsedstvu NSKS vse zaupanje in mu zagotavljamo vso podporo pri bodočih ukrepih v korist slovenske narodne skupnosti na Koroškem.
