PROVISIONS IN FAVOUR OF APPRENTICES
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to extend provisionally until 31 December 1954, the granting of the contribution by Allied Military Government for the employment and training of apprentices, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KOMG, CB, OBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The validity of Order No. 5, dated 10 January 1951, as amended, is hereby extended until 31 December 1954.
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be operative as from 1 January 1954.

LOADING AND UNLOADING OPERATIONS WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL PORT OF TRIESTE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Director of the Port has authorized the Industrial Establishments established in the zone of the Industrial Port of Trieste, under Art. 110 of the Navigation Code, to avail themselves within the said zone of their own personnel for the performance of certain port operations foreseen by article 108 of the above mentioned Navigation Code and in particular for unloading ships carrying raw materials to be manipulated within the said Establishments or shipping their products.
The above mentioned facility shall be operative up to the 31st December 1959. Dated at TRIESTE, this 4th day of January 1954.
