Februarja smo organizirali 3-dnevno izobraževanje za tujega part-
nerja Roquette iz Litve. Roquette je podjetje, ki proizvaja škrob. Ta je 
nepogrešljiva surovina v vsaki papirnici. V 3-dnevnem izobraževanju so 
udeleženci osvojili teoretično znanje papirništva in s praktičnim prika-
zom dobro spoznali posamezne faze procesa papirništva. Udeleženci s 
področja razvoja, proizvodnje in prodaje bodo nadgrajeno znanje lahko 
uporabili pri vsakodnevnem delu. To je bilo prvo tuje izobraževanje v 
zadnjem obdobju in po odzivih udeležencev verjamemo, da ne bo zad-
nje, saj so nam zaupali, da je tovrstno izobraževanje dobro za vsakega 
novega zaposlenega.

Strokovno znanje papirništva širili na 
proizvajalca škroba Roquette
Expertise in papermaking is shared with starch manufacturer Roquette
A three-day training course for our partner Roquette 
from Lithuania was held in February. Roquette is a 
company that produces starch, which is an 
indispensable raw material in every paper mill. During 
the three-day training course, the participants acquired 
theoretical knowledge about paper production and 
learned about the individual steps of the paper 
production process by means of practical 
demonstrations. The participants from the research, 
production and sales departments will be able to apply 
the acquired knowledge to their daily work. This was 
the first foreign training in recent times, and the 
participants’ reactions suggest that it will not be the 
last, as they stated that this is a good quick training  
for any new employee.
