clespublishedinthejournal.Thecurrentissuecoverstopicsoftransition
process,corporatecrises,exchangeratesregime,trustandcommitment,
andinterculturalinteraction.
In the first paper of this issue Cezar Scarlat and Eugen I. Scarlat have
developed thebi-dimensionalmatrixmodelofthetransitionprocess.In
thesecondpaper,DragoDubrovskiexaminedmanagementmistakesand
presented themasacauseofcorporatecrises,athingwhichcanbeofan
importanceinthecountriesintransition.Thefocusofthethirdstudyby
Romulus-Catalin Damaceanu is the relation between the exchange rates
regimeandinternationaltrade.Inthefourthpaper,Barbara

ships in business-to-business markets and finds a positive relationship
between trust and affective commitment and a weak negative relation-

cuses on intercultural interaction issues in private sector workplaces in
Finland.
