6 JUNIJ 2005 6 JUNE 2005 št./No 130 21 TURIZEM TOURISM št./No 8 NASTANITVENE ZMOGLJIVOSTI, PRIHODI IN PRENOČITVE TURISTOV, SLOVENIJA, FEBRUAR 2005 ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES, TOURIST ARRIVALS AND OVERNIGHT STAYS, SLOVENIA, FEBRUARY 2005  Februarja 2005 je bilo v turističnih nastanitvenih objektih v Sloveniji zabeleženih za 2 % več prihodov turistov in za 4 % manj turističnih prenočitev kot v februarju 2004.  Compared to February 2004, in February 2005 there were 2% more tourist arrivals in tourist accommodations in Slovenia. However, they spent 4% less nights.  Turistom je bilo na voljo 51 420 ležišč. Ta so bila povprečno 31,2- odstotno zasedena.  There were 51,420 beds available for tourists. On average they were occupied 31.2%.  Do konca februarja 2005 je bilo v turističnih nastanitvenih objektih v Sloveniji evidentiranih 255 791 prihodov turistov, prenočitev pa 871 012 ali za 5 % manj kot v enakem lanskem obdobju (prenočitev domačih turistov je bilo za 8 % manj, prenočitev tujih turistov pa za 2 % manj).  In the first two months of 2005 there were 255,791 tourist arrivals in tourist accommodations in Slovenia and 871,012 overnight stays, which is 5% less than in the first two months of 2004 (overnights stays of domestic tourists decreased by 8% and overnight stays of foreign tourists by 2%).  Med turističnimi prenočitvami v prvih dveh mesecih 2005 je bilo 49 % tujskih prenočitev.  Overnight stays of foreign tourists represent 49% of all overnight stays in the first two months of 2005.  Več kot 78 % vseh tujskih prenočitev so prispevali turisti iz naslednjih sedmih držav: iz Italije 23 %, Hrvaške 20 %, Avstrije 13 %, Nemčije 7 %, Velike Britanije 6 %, Madžarske 6 % ter iz Ruske federacije 3 %.  More then 78% of overnight stays of foreign tourists were made by tourists from the following seven countries: Italy 23%, Croatia 20%, Austria 13%, Germany 7%, United Kingdom 6%, Hungary 6%, and Russian Federation 3%. We collect data with monthly reports (TU/M form), compiled by reporting units according to records of their reception services. Definicije in pojasnila Definitions and explanations Turist je oseba, ki v kraju, ki ni njegovo stalno prebivališče, prenoči vsaj eno noč v gostinskem ali kakem drugem nastanitvenem objektu. Tourists are people who, in a location outside their place of permanent residence, spend at least one night in a hotel or some other tourist accommodations. Domači turist je oseba s stalnim prebivališčem v Sloveniji, ki začasno prebiva v kakem drugem kraju Slovenije ter tam prenoči vsaj eno noč v gostinskem ali kakem drugem nastanitvenem objektu. Domestic tourists are people with permanent residence in Slovenia who temporarily stay in some other place in Slovenia and in that place spend at least one night in a hotel or some other tourist accommodations. Tuji turist je oseba, ki pride iz tujine in se začasno nastani v kakem kraju v Sloveniji ter tam prenoči vsaj eno noč v gostinskem ali kakem drugem nastanitvenem objektu. Tujim turistom določamo pripadnost po potnem listu. Foreign tourists are people who come to Slovenia from abroad and temporarily stay in a certain place in Slovenia where they spend at least one night in a hotel or some other tourist accommodations. We record their nationality according to their passports. Nastanitveni gostinski objekti so razporejeni v vrste objektov po Pravilniku o merilih in načinu kategorizacije nastanitvenih obratov in marin (Ur. l. št. 29/97 in 51/98). Vrste gostinskih nastanitvenih objektov so: hoteli, moteli, penzioni, prenočišča, gostišča, apartmaji, kampi, turistične kmetije in sobodajalstvo (gre za oddajanje sob, počitniških stanovanj in stanovanjskih in počitniških hiš turistom). Za vse te vrste gostinskih objektov je obvezno, da so kategorizirani, torej, da imajo za določeno vrsto ponudbe odločbo o kategoriji, ki je z različnim številom zvezdic (za turistične kmetije s številom jabolk) označena kvaliteta ponudbe po zgoraj navedenem pravilniku. Tourist accommodations are divided into types of tourist accommodations according to the Regulation on Criteria and the Method of Categorisation of Accommodation Establishments and Marinas (OJ RS No. 29/97 and 51/98). Types of tourist accommodations are: hotels, motels, boarding houses, overnight accommodations, inns, apartments, camping sites, tourist farms with accommodation and private accommodations (i.e. letting of room, apartments and houses to tourists). All these tourist accommodations must be categorised, i.e. for a certain type of offer they must have the category assigned by the number of stars (for tourist farms the number of apples is used), which denotes the quality of their offer according to the above mentioned regulation. Nekategorizirane nastanitvene gostinske objekte in napačno kategorizirane smo razvrstili med druge gostinske nastanitvene objekte. Poleg naštetih gostinskih nastanitvenih objektov, za katere je obvezna kategorizacija, zbiramo podatke še za nastanitvene objekte, ki se ne razvrščajo v kategorije po zgoraj omenjenem pravilniku, t.j. za planinske domove, delavske počitniške domove, otroške in mladinske počitniške domove, druge domove in začasne nastanitvene zmogljivosti (zmogljivosti študentskih domov in internatov, ki so med počitnicami na voljo turistom). Uncategorised and miscategorised tourist accommodations were classified as other accommodation facilities. In addition to the mentioned tourist accommodations for which categorisation is compulsory, we also collect data for tourist accommodations that are not classified by the above mentioned regulation. These are mountain huts, company vacation facilities, vacation facilities for youth, other vacation facilities and temporary accommodation facilities (student residence and boarding schools that are available to tourists during the holidays). Nastanitvene zmogljivosti izražamo s številom sob in ležišč, ki so na voljo turistom v posameznih mesecih. Pri ležiščih štejemo stalna in pomožna ležišča. Accommodation capacity is expressed by the number of rooms and beds available to tourists in individual months. Beds are permanent and auxiliary. Stalna ležišča so tista, ki so redno pripravljena za oddajanje turistom. Permanent beds are beds which are regularly prepared for letting to tourists. Pomožna ležišča so ležišča, namenjena le za večje udobje gostov (kavči, divani ipd.), ter rezervna ležišča, s katerimi se dopolnjuje zmogljivosti v sezoni. Skupna ležišča v planinskih domovih in kočah štejemo za stalna ležišča. Auxiliary beds are beds which are intended for comfort of guests (couches, sofas, etc.) and spare beds with which accommodation capacity is increased during the high season. Collective beds in mountain huts are counted as permanent beds. Statistične informacije, št. 130/2005 8 Rapid Reports No 130/2005 Turistični kraji v Sloveniji imajo po Zakonu o spodbujanju razvoja turizma (Uradni list RS št.2/04) možnost, da pridobijo status turističnega kraja ali turističnega območja. Ker to v praksi ni zaživelo, uporabljamo statistične definicije pojma turističnega kraja in merila za razvrstitev krajev v določene vrste. Kot turistični kraj obravnavamo kraj, ki nudi naslednje pogoje: According to The Promotion of Tourism Development Act (OJ RS No. 2/04), tourist resorts in Slovenia have the possibility to obtain the status of a tourist resort or tourist area. Because in practice this was not successfully implemented, we use statistical definitions of the term tourist resort and criteria for classifying places into different types. A tourist resort is thus a place which fulfils the following criteria: 1. atraktivne pogoje (naravne lepote, zdravilni vrelci, kulturnozgodovinski spomeniki, kulturne, zabavne in športne prireditve itd.); 1. is attractive (natural beauties, medicinal springs, monuments of culture and history, cultural, entertainment and sports events, etc.); 2. komunikacijske pogoje (možnost dostopa, prometne zveze itd.); 2. has communication facilities (accessibility, traffic communications, etc.); 3. receptivne pogoje (namestitveni objekti s spremljajočimi trgovskimi, obrtniškimi, poštnimi itd. storitvenimi objekti, pa tudi s parki, sprehajališči, kopališči ipd.). 3. has reception facilities (accommodation establishments with accompanying trade, crafts, postal services as well as parks, promenades, bathing facilities, etc.). Turistične kraje, ki ustrezajo omenjenim merilom, razvrščamo v naslednje skupine: According to these criteria, places are classified into the following types: 1. Glavno mesto Slovenije - Ljubljana - pritegne obiskovalce predvsem kot administrativno-politično središče države, nato pa s svojimi zgodovinskimi, etničnimi, gospodarskimi, urbanistično-arhitektonskimi in drugimi značilnostmi. 1. The Slovenian capital - Ljubljana - which attracts visitors as the administrative and political centre, but also with its historical, ethnic, economic, town planning, architectural and other characteristics. 2. Zdraviliški kraji so kraji, pri katerih je znanstveno, medicinsko ali izkustveno ugotovljen zdravilni učinek termalnih ali mineralnih voda ali drugih geološko-mineraloških sestavin. Sem spadajo zdravilišča, ki imajo praviloma tudi ustrezne objekte za zdravljenje in rehabilitacijo obiskovalcev. 2. Health resorts are places where the healing effect of thermal or mineral waters or other geological mineral components is medically or empirically proven. These include health resorts which, as a rule, offer suitable facilities for healing and rehabilitation of visitors. 3. Obmorski kraji so kraji vzdolž morske obale. 3. Seaside resorts are places located along the sea coast. 4. Gorski kraji so praviloma tisti, ki ležijo v nadmorski višini nad 500 metrov ali v teritorialnem območju gore. 4. Mountain resorts are, as a rule, places lying more than 500 metres above sea level or in the territorial area of a mountain. 5. Drugi turistični kraji so tisti, ki so privlačni zaradi podnebnih razmer, kulturnozgodovinskih spomenikov ipd., kraji ob rekah, jezerih in drugi kraji, ki jih ne moremo uvrstiti v prej navedene. 5. Other tourist resorts are places with particularly attractive elements (e.g. climatic conditions, cultural or historical monuments, etc.), riverside and lakeside areas and other places that cannot be classified among any of the places mentioned. 6. Drugi kraji so vsi, ki jih ne moremo uvrstiti v nobeno od prej navedenih skupin. 6. Other places are all those places not falling within any of the above groups.
