WHEREAS it is deemed, advisable to reduce the rate of contribution due by credit, insurance and „servizi tributari appaltali“ concerns to the „Cassa per il trattamento di richiamo alle armi degli impiegati privatiin that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British-United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMO, GB, GBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
With effect from the pay-period rurning on 17 October 1952, the contribution due by the employers of credit, insurance and „servizi tributari appaltati“ concerns and of the Co-operative Bodies of the same sector to the „Cassa per il trattamento di richiamo alle armi degli impiegati privati“, set forth in Order No. 379, dated 16 December 1948, is hereby reduced to 0,20% of the gross earnings.
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

AMENDMENT TO REGULATIONS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE OF NAVIGATION (MARITIME NAVIGATION)
WHEREAS it is considered necessary to amend article 144, of the Regulations for the implementation of the Code oj Navigation (Maritime Navigation) in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces (hereinafter referred to as the „Zone“),
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
The first paragraph of article 144 of the Regulations for the implementation of the Code of Navigation (Maritime Navigation) enacted in the Zone by Order No. 1 dated 5 January 1953 is hereby amended as follows :
„The representatives in the Council of harbour workers, of employers and of Bodies interested in the harbour’s traffic shall hold office for a term of one year and shall be designated between 1 January and 31 March of each year“.
ARTICLE II
This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

LIQUIDATION OF THE UTILIZATION OF RESOURCES CORPORATION
WHEREAS it %s considered advisable to place the Utilization of Resources Corporation under liquidation, in that part of the Free Territory oj Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces ;	■	■	"

ARTICLE I
The Utilization of Resources Corporation, established by Order No. 243, dated 24 April 1948, and subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby terminated.	,
ARTICLE II
A Commissioner for the liquidation of the assets of the Corporation mentioned in the foregoing Article shall be appointed by Administrative Order of the Allied Military Government.
Any assets remaining from the liquidation shall be transferred to the State Treasury.
ARTICLE III

RESTRICTIONS IN THE USE OF NICKEL, COPPER, ZINC AND THEIR ALLOYS AMENDMENT TO ORDER No. 170/1951
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to suspend for an indefinite period of time the application of the prohibitions concerning the use of copper and its alloys, as set forth in Table „0“, attached to Order No. 170, dated 27 October 1951, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces ;

ARTICLE I
The application of the prohibitions concerning the use of copper and its alloys, as set forth in Table ,,C“, attached to Order No. 170, dated 27 October 1951, is hereby suspended for an indefinite period of time.

WHEREAS by Order No. 7 dated 15 January 1953, the Utilization of Resources Corporation has been terminated and it is necessary to appoint a Commissioner-liquidator of same,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,

1)	Capt. C.S.D. Noakes, O.B.E., R.N. (ret), is hereby appointed Commissioner-liquidator of the Utilization of Resources Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 7 dated 15 January 1953.
2)	This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

FOR THE „ISTITUTO NAZIONALE PER L’ASSICURAZIONE CONTRO LE MALATTIE“
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to repeal the appointment of Dr. Carlo Collavo as „Reggente“ of „Istituto Nazionale per V Assicurazione contro le Malattie“ Trieste branch, provided for by Area Administrative Order No. 15, dated 10 April 1946, as amended, and to appoint Dr. Luigi Toaldo as director of the Trieste branch of said Institute,

1.	The appointment of Dr. Carlo Collavo as „Reggente“ of the Trieste branch of „Istituto Nazionale per l’Assicurazione contro le Malattie“, provided for by Area Administrative Order No. 15, dated 10 April 1946, as amended by Area Administrative Order No. 46, dated 6 November 1946 and by Area Administrative Order No. 99, dated 12 September 1947, is hereby repealed.
2.	Dr. Luigi Toaldo is hereby appointed director of the Trieste branch of said Institute.

1.	Capt. Pierpaolo De Luca is hereby appointed Commissioner for the extraordinary management of „Ente Nazionale per l’assistenza alla gente di mare“ in the Zone for the period of one year.

As from 11 December 1952 the provisions of Notice No. 62 dated 21 August 1952 fixing the prices of petroleum products are hereby amended as follows :

Selling price to consumers for loose merchandise delivered free at coast establishments and loaded on railway tank-ears or motor tank-lorries of more than 10 tons.
