GRANTING OF AN INDEMNITY FOR ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS PROPHYLAXIS IN FAVOUR OF THE PERSONNEL EMPLOYED IN STATE ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS INSTITUTIONS OR
IN ANTI TUBERCULOSIS INSTITUTIONS DEPENDING ON PUBLIC BODIES
WHEREAS it is considered advisable to grant an indemnity for anti-tuberculosis prophylaxis in favour of the personnel employed in State cmti-tuberculosis Institutions or in anti-tuberculosis Institutions depending on Public Bodies, in that part of the Free Territory of Trieste administered by the British- United States Forces,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KOMG, OB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
ARTICLE I
Section 1. ■— An indemnity for anti-tuberculosis prophylaxis at the rate of 155 Lire daily is hereby granted, regardless of the grade and of the place of service, in favour of all the medical, administrative and subordinate personnel — whether ,,di ruolo“ or not ■— and of the wage-earning personnel and religious assistance personnel employed in anti-tuberculosis Institutions (sanatoria, anti-tuberculosis hospital wards, dispensaries) of the State or depending on Public Bodies, provided they perform their activity in a regular and continuous manner within said Institutions, as well as in favour of the State Administrations personnel — including the personnel of post and telegraph offices („ricevitorie postelegrafoniehe“) — performing continuous activity at the offices and services situated within the above mentioned anti-tuberculosis Institutions.
Section 2. — The services mentioned in the foregoing Section may be specified, if necessary, by decisions of the administrative organs of the competent Bodies.
ARTICLE II
Section 1. — The indemnity for anti-tuberculosis prophylaxis shall be due in full :
a)	for the days of actual attendance in service ;
b)	for the days on leave („ferie“) ;
c)	for the days of marriage-leave („congedo matrimoniale“) and of extraordinary paid leave („congedo straordinario retribuito“).
Section 2. — For days of absence owing to sickness or accident (whether paid or indemnified) the indemnity shall be paid in full for the first six months and at a rate reduced to one fourth for the subsequent period.
Section 3. — The indemnity referred to in the foregoing Article shall include — up to its amount — any other emoluments paid under the same title.
Section 4. — The relative expense shall be borne by those State Administrations and Public Bodies upon which the personnel depend.
ARTICLE III
This Order shall become effective on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be operative as from 1st July 1951.

AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE SURNAME
WHEREAS the married couple OLE SSI Vincenzo of Emilio, and of the late Anna Zanor, horn at Trieste on 11 March 1906 and PAUS Maria of the late Matteo and of the late Maria Cleva, horn at Barbana d' 1 stria on 25 November 1904, both residing at Trieste, Via del Cisternone No. 90, have complied with the law formalities required to obtain the change of the surname of their affiliated minor ORISON - GLESSI Claudio, born at Trieste on 21 December 1947, into that of „OLESSI“, according to the authority granted to them by the Director of Legal Affairs on 9 May 1953, and
WHEREAS said persons have now made application in order that the requested change of surname be effected,
WHEREAS the provisions of Title VIII, Chapter I of R.D. 1238 of July 9, 1939 on the Rules and Regulations on the Civil Status have been complied with and no objections have been raised,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,
ORDER:
1.	The surname of the affiliated minor Claudio GRISON-GLESSI is hereby changed into that of „GLESSI“.
2.	The applicants will provide for the inscription of this Order in the proper register of births and the annotation at the foot of the deed itself, according to the existing Law.
3.	This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.

WHEREAS by Administrative Order No. 30 dated 20 April 1953 the Judicial Auditor Dr. Guido NIMIS was assigned to the Pretura of Trieste to serve the prescribed period of judicial apprenticeship, and
WHEREAS it is now deemed advisable in the interest of the service of the Courts to confer on him jurisdictional functions in advance of the prescribed date,

WHEREAS Romano SPANGHER of the late Andrea, residing in Trieste, via Belpoggio 13, has legally recognized his adulterine daughter DRAGHICCHIO Romana Maria Teresa by a Notarial deed dated 5 November 1952 and has asked for a declaration of efficacy of the recognition, pursuant to Article 252, second and third paragraph of the Civil Code, and
WHEREAS all the conditions prescribed by the said law have- been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SIR JOHN WINTERTON, KCMG, CB, CBE, Major General, Zone Commander,

1. The legal recognition made by Romano SPANGHER of the late Andrea by a Notarial deed dated 5 November 1952 in respect of his adulterine daughter DRAGHICCHIO Romana Maria Teresa born at TRIESTE on 27 October 1947, is hereby granted to all effects, pursuant to Art. 252, second and third paragraph of the Civil Code.
2. This Order shall become effective on the date it is signed by me.
