Summary Vzgoja, junij 2019, letnik XXI/2, številka 82 55 The Focus Theme of the 82 nd Issue of the Vzgo- ja magazine is Building Good Relationships in Kindergarten and School. Zora Rutar Ilc writes about how good relations affect the well-being in the classroom and the learning commitment, which in return have a positive influence on learning success. Irena Potočar Papež presents seven rules that create good relationships between people – both among children and between children and adults - and they should be taken into account in the field of education, too. Marijana Kolenko pre- sents the causes, the origin and the importan- ce of ethical codes that were adopted in her school separately for pupils, for employees and for parents. Bernard Mal asked elemen- tary school pupils about what good relations are, how we create them and what this means, and wrote her thoughts on their responses. Kristina Grandovec asked future teachers – classroom students about how to build good relationships at school. They told her what they value in the process of education and what they miss. Anton Meden noted a view from parents' side – how parents should talk to children, what we should teach them, and what kind of example we should give them, so that the student-teacher-parent relationships will function well. In Our Interview, Silvo Šinkovec talked to Alojz Kovšca, President of the National Co- uncil of the Republic of Slovenia. Erika Ašič writes about sincerity – what sincerity is in relation to oneself and what we can reflect on, so that the path to our interior will help us to progress. In the Fields of Education, Tatjana Vertač- nik writes about the power of an honest conversation that we devote to another, even though this is an unknown person. Milček Komelj presents the work of the painter Polona Kunaver Ličen, The View of the Birch (2010). The work also adorns the magazine cover. Written by: Erika Ašič Translated by: Tanja Volk Zakaj otroci tečejo? Saj ni pomembno, zakaj. Edino kar šteje, je: pridi še ti, z nami se igraj! Če si dovoliš, si lahko tak kot mi. Naš korak je lahen, lica vesela. Oj, ti neroda, kaj so leta ti vzela! Vsak še ima lahen korak, v vsakemu spi ta mali junak. Le skrb je radost vzela. Nasmej se, da sreča bo spet otroka objela!
