We used on-screen digitalisation to determine land use and individual forest patches and solitary trees. Spatial evaluation was applied determining solitary trees, and \"empty space\" (the area without any natural vegetation) was established. 125 solitary trees and 50 patches of trees with the size of up to 5 ares were found, with almost half of the trees lower than 5 m. The analysis of tree distances from settlements and infrastructure shows that only eight trees are more distant than 30 m. Solitary trees have a difficult time surviving in wide cultivated areas. The study also includes a location plan for substitutional planting"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Na 1.580 ha kmetijske krajine nižinskega dela občine Naklo smo evidentirali prostorastoče drevje. Z zaslonsko digitalizacijo smo izločili gozdne, kmetijske in pozidane površine ter določili lokacije prostorastočega drevja. Ugotavljali smo t.i.gluhi prostor in prostorski razpored prostorastočega drevja. V območju obravnave imamo 125 dreves in 50 skupinic drevja velikosti do 5 arov, skoraj polovica jih je nižjih od 5 m. Analiza oddaljenosti posameznega drevja od naselij in infrastrukturnih objektov kaže, da je le osemdreves oddaljenih več kot trideset metrov od omenjenih elementov prostora,zato domnevamo, da se ta drevesa le stežka uveljavijo oz. obdržijo sredi obsežnejših obdelovanih površin.
