This Act, however, does not regulate the procedure in full; it refers to the provisions of the Civil Procedure Act and thus only regulates the particularities. Since its adoption, the Act has been amended several times and a number of provisions have been removed from it. The paper presents an overview of the still valid provisions governing the particularities of the procedure in individual labour disputes"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Sodni postopek reševanja delovnih sporov je urejen v posebnem zakonu, Zakonu o delovnih in socialnih sodiščih, ki se uporablja od leta 2005, ki pa postopka ne ureja celovito, temveč se sklicuje na določbe zakona, ki ureja pravdni postopek, tako da ureja le posebnosti. Od uveljavitve dalje je bil zakon že večkrat spremenjen in je bilo iz njega črtanih kar nekaj določb.
