The basic characteristics of rainfall and some analyses of soil there are given. Those soil components that may be washed away bay rainwater and thus influence rock solution or karstification are identified. High carbonate levels (up to 7,7 mekv/l) in the percolation water, measured in micro-gours in the Jiuxiang and Baiyun caves, control the flowstone deposition"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Julija 1996 in septembra 1997, v začetku in ob koncu deževne dobe, so bile na krasu v kitajski provinci Yunnan ugotovljene osnovne značilnosti prenikajoče vode v podzemnih jamah Jiuxiang, Baiyun, Xin-Shi in Wayao. Podane so osnovne značilnosti dežja in nekatere analiza zemljin na tem krasu. Ugotovljene so tudi tiste komponente zemljin, ki jih padavine lahko spirajo in tako vplivajo na proces raztapljanja kamnin oz. zakrasevanje.
