The sample represented 41 students, of which19 were men and 22 were women and were in the academic year 2015-16 regularly enrolled in the optional course ECTS Fitness. Before and after the program we performed measurements of standardized anthropomorphic and fitness tests. A questionnaire was used to check the effect of the program on lifestyle components and the health-related behaviour (Majerič, 2015). Data was processed using the SPSS for Windows program. We found that the 8-week program had a positive effect on reducing the body's circumference in the abdomen and hips, and that the results in fitness tests which measure strength, flexibility and overall endurance were improved. The program also had a positive effect on the evaluation of lifestyle components and on health-related lifestyle attitudes. We confirmed all this at the level of 5% of statistical significance (p <- 0,05). Due to the positive effect of this program, we suggest to other teachers and professional sports professionals who implement sports programs for students to implement similar sport programes"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Namen prispevka je bil predstaviti učinek 8-tedenskega programa za zdrav življenjski slog študentov. Vzorec je predstavljajo 41 merjencev, od katerih jih je bilo 19 moških in 22 žensk in so bili v študijskem letu 2015-16 redno vpisani na izbirni obštudijski predmet ECTS Fitnes. Pred in po izvedbi programa smo izvedli meritve standardiziranih antropomorfičnih in fitnes testov. Za preverjanje učinka programa na komponente življenjskega sloga in vedenje merjencev, ki je povezano z zdravjem, smo uporabili anketni vprašalnik (Majerič, 2015). Podatke smo obdelali s programom SPSS za Windows. Ugotovili smo, da je imel 8-tedenski program pozitivni učinek na zmanjšanje obsegov telesa v predelu trebuha in bokov, ter da so se izboljšali rezultati v fitnes testih, s katerimi smo merili vzdržljivost v moči, gibljivost in splošno vzdržljivost. Program je imel pri študentih pozitivni učinek tudi na vrednotenje komponent življenjskega sloga ter, stališča povezana z zdravim življenjskim slogom in na občutek uspešnosti v življenju \"na sploh\".
