Interactions between ?$NH_2$? groups of leather and COOH groups of lubricating acrylic syntans were studied by FT-IR. By Horizontal ATR Spectroscopy it is possible to perform measurements of aqueous systems and we used it to study the interaction using a simple model with glycine as a carrier of ?$NH_2$? groups instead of leather. The interactions we confirmed in conditions normally used in fatliquoring processes, as well as their dependence on the concentration of COOH groups of lubricating acrylic syntans"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Pomembna prednost nove generacije polimernih sredstev za maščenje usnja je, da se s funkcionalnimi skupinami na različne načine vežejo na usnjeno snov; zato so njihovi učinki trajni. Interakcije med ?$NH_2$?-skupinami usnjene snovi in COOH skupinami polimernih mastil smo študirali s FT-IR. Ker horizontalna ATR-spektroskopija omogoča delo v vodnih sistemih, smo interakcije študirali na modelu z glicinom, kot nosilcem ?$NH_2$?skupin.
