Therefore, it is not surprising that various activities are taking place both on the international and Slovenian levels, aiming to reduce accidents and improve working conditions and the safety and health of miners. If a high level of safety culture should be achieved, it is necessary to ensure the coordinated actions of all key actors (e.g. the International Labour Organisation, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, state), and in particular employers and employees. In the article, after the presentation of historical views, the author presents an analysis of selected legal regulations, international and national, essential for ensuring safety and health at work in mining, as a traditional industry</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Rudarstvo je industrijska panoga, ki jo skozi zgodovino in še danes opredeljujejo zahtevne in nevarne delovne razmere z velikim tveganjem za okvare zdravja, poškodbe ali celo smrt rudarjev. Avtorica v prispevku po predstavitvi zgodovinskih iztočnic analizira izbrane mednarodne in nacionalne pravne predpise, pomembne za zagotavljanje varnosti in zdravja pri delu na področju rudarstva kot tradicionalne gospodarske panoge</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-YLYZ88DH"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-YLYZ88DH" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-YLYZ88DH/17136901e03ff87a-6-948595454d91-b-2c/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-YLYZ88DH/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-YLYZ88DH" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
