University sports today are represent by required and optional regular programs of physical education and general elective ECTS courses in first and second phases of study programs of members, by extracurricular activities of the Centre of university sports which is also credited and competitive sport, guided by Sports Association of the University of Ljubljana. Share of students regularly active in sport has been declining more than it should for some years despite the fact that since 2005, the UL operates two systems. Established and defined legal system is needed so that we will have a common ground for all members of UL and for laying down minimum standards in the wider Slovenian university areaPoizkusi, kako z uvedbo bolonjskih študijskih programov prenoviti in uskladiti stare programe redne športne vzgoje in obštudijsko športno dejavnost, niso prinesli želenih rezultatov ne na Univerzi v Ljubljani ne v širšem slovenskem univerzitetnem prostoru. Univerzitetni šport na UL danes predstavljajo obvezni in neobvezni redni programi športne vzgoje, splošni izbirni ECTS predmeti v prvo- in drugostopenjskih študijskih programih članic UL, dejavnosti Centra za obštudijske dejavnosti Univerze v Ljubljani in tekmovalni šport, ki ga vodi Športna zveza Univerze v Ljubljani. Delež redno športno aktivnih študentov je na bistveno nižjem nivoju, kot bi lahko bil glede na to, da vse od leta 2005 na UL vzporedno delujeta dva sistema. Potrebovali bi enotne temelje za vse članice UL z določenimi minimalnimi standardi - tudi v širšem slovenskem univerzitetnem prostoru - s ciljem, da se ponovno približamo vsaj 50 % redno športno aktivnih študentov na ULTEXTznanstveno časopisjejournalsSlovenian National E-content AggregatorNational and University Library of SloveniaUniverza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport
