O njej se je veliko pisalo tako v strokovnem tisku kot v dnevnem časopisju, vendar deset let kasneje ne želim povzeti izrečenega. Na njenem primeru predstavljam jasen in lahko uporabljiv model, namenjen poglobljenim razčlenitvam posameznih (ne zgolj) ustavnosodnih odločitev in oceni legitimnosti sodniških utemeljitev. Jedro besedila je prevod naloge: Analisis del caso U-I-12/97 de la Corte constitucional Eslovena, s katero sem v oktobru 2007 na Pravni fakulteti univerze v Alicanteju končal specialistični študij pravne argumentacije. Bistveni deli odločbe so v celoti navedeni v preglednicah ob besedilu, zato njihovo poprejšnje poznavanje ni nujno potrebno.
