The purpose of the research is to determine how different personal life circumstances of students influence the course of studies, and how the Faculty supports or fails them at all three levels. The authors draw attention to mutual responsibility for the successful course of the study process; they strive to overcome absolute individual responsibility in a system of general requirements, which responds to diversity with ignorance, stigma and sometimes even violence. The research addresses the role of the faculty to equip students on a personal and professional level for responsible and demanding practice of social work"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Raziskava obravnava preplet različnih osebnih okoliščin študentk Fakultete za socialno delo in fakultetnih procesov na sistemski, organizacijski in odnosni ravni, ki vplivajo na potek študija. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, kako različne osebne življenjske okoliščine študentk vplivajo na potek študija in kako jih pri tem fakulteta na vseh treh ravneh podpre ali pa ji spodleti. Avtorici opozarjata na obojestransko odgovornost za uspešen potek študijskega procesa; prizadevata si preseči absolutno osebno odgovornost v sistemu generalnih zahtev, ki se na raznovrstnost odziva z ignoranco, stigmo in včasih celo nasiljem.
