While the reform of the pension insurance (ZPIZ-2) provided for the medium-term sustainability of the system as well as for further decline of the future pensions, it did not establish a system for which it could be argued that it provided for intergenerational justice and thus be acceptable to both the current and the future beneficiaries from the pension fund. Considering long-term demographic prognoses of the population development, Slovenia will still have to face a comprehensive reform of the pension system"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"ričetek leta 2013 je na področju pokojninskega zavarovanja zaznamovala uveljavitev novega Zakona o pokojninskem in invalidskem zavarovanju (ZPIZ-2). Medtem ko je bila z reformo ZPIZ-2 zagotovljena srednjeročna vzdržnost sistema in hkrati zaustavitev padanja bodočih po - kojnin, pa reforma še vedno ni vzpostavila sistema, za katerega bi lahko trdili, da je medgeneracijsko pravičen in s tem sprejemljiv tako za seda - nje kot tudi bodoče zavarovance.
