Cognitive-motor training has become an important area of research as it has the potential to improve both cognitive and motor skills in older adults. This type of exercise improves the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, which increases safety and independence in everyday life. This paper presents the practical implementation of cognitive-motor training in older adults. Examples of exercises for the cognitive and motor part of the exercise, the possibilities of progression, and the duration and frequency of the cognitive-motor exercise that appear in the research are presented. The set of exercises presented here can be used as a basis for practitioners to design cognitivemotor training programmes for older adults</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Staranje je življenjski proces, povezan s spremembami v lokomotornem sistemu in zmanjšano učinkovitostjo kognitivnega procesiranja, kar vpliva na neodvisnost in kakovost življenja starejših. Miselno-gibalna vadba je postala pomembno raziskovalno področje, saj ima potencial za izboljšanje tako kognitivnih kot motoričnih sposobnosti pri starejših. Tovrstna vadba izboljšuje sposobnost hkratnega izvajanja več nalog, kar povečuje varnost in neodvisnost v vsakdanjem življenju. V prispevku so predstavljene možnosti praktične izvedbe miselno-gibalne vadbe pri starejših. Predstavljeni so primeri vaj za miselni in gibalni del vadbe, možnosti stopnjevanja ter trajanje in frekvenca miselno- -gibalne vadbe, ki se pojavljajo v raziskavah.
