The success rate can be improved if a formalized approach with appropriate techniques is used. The aim of this paper is to examine the capabilities of an object-oriented Approach to Business Transformation in transforming an administrative patient management process. During the transformation, two models were developed: a model of the existing process anda model of the new process.
