Educational programs should be \"open into environment\", they should include mentors, include expert opinions outside classes companies' financing, use of local skilled workers they should connect marginal creative talents with needs of prevailing culture, direct lower psychical processes (psichomotoric, sensorich) into a higher cognitiv and creative development. Educational programs should further resoult from priority fields of cultural disadvantaged gifted children (music, dance, formation). Odnos učiteljev, učni programi, ki so danes pretežno etnično diskriminativni, bi morali biti multikulturni, multilingvistični in razvijati specifične vrline invrste nadarjenosti. Učni programi bi morali biti odprti v okolje, vključevati mentorje, izkušenjsko učenje izven razreda, izrabo lokalnih kadrov, povezati marginalne kreativne talente s potrebami prevladujoče kulture, usmerjati nižje psihične procese (psihomotoriko, senzoriko) v višji kognitivni in kreativni razvoj. Učni programi bi morali izhajati iz prednostnih področij kulturno prikrajšanih nadarjenih otrok (glasba, ples, oblikovanje).
