The model presents several maximally independent factors or variables. These make up the core of the decision tree, which is hierarchically designed. The \"Sport Manager\" expert decision-making system has been used in ski jumping since 1991. Over more than 25 years, an extensive body of findings and discoveries has been created through the scientific-research process. The system offers an insight into the potential competitive preparedness of different generations of Slovenian ski jumpers. An analysis of the status of elite Slovenian ski jumpers showed that the trend of the development of their morphological and motor abilities was quite similar and that all competitors achieved an above-average assessment of their potential competitive performance. When combined with the help of the expert decision-making system, these findings provide a useful tool in the planning and programming of ski jumpers' training process. The next stage of development of the \"Sport Manager\" expert system will involve its application to the area of evaluating ski jumpers\" technical, special motor and psychological preparedness. It is in these areas that new findings may be made which will contribute to the more comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the potential competitive performance of male and female ski jumpers"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Ekspertni odločitveni sistem \"Sport manager\" temelji na modelu tekmovalne uspešnosti športnikov. Model predstavlja več med seboj čim bolj neodvisnih dejavnikov oziroma spremenljivk. Te tvorijo jedro odločitvenega drevesa, ki ima hierarhično zasnovo. V smučarskih skokih se ekspertni odločitveni sistem \"Sport manager\" uporablja že od leta 1991. V več kot 25 letih je bilo moč zbrati veliko količino spoznanj in ugotovitev, ki so bila pridobljena s pomočjo znanstveno raziskovalnega procesa. Omogoča uvid v potencialno tekmovalno pripravljenost različnih generacij slovenskih smučarjev skakalcev. Analiza stanja izbranih vrhunskih slovenskih smučarjev skakalcev je pokazala, da je bil trend razvoja njihove morfološke in motorične zmogljivosti dokaj podoben in da se je za vse tekmovalce končal na ravni nadpovprečne ocene potencialne tekmovalne uspešnosti. Dobljena spoznanja s pomočjo odločitvenega ekspertnega sistema predstavljajo dragoceni pripomoček pri načrtovanju in programiranju procesa treniranja smučarjev skakalcev. V naslednji etapi razvoja ekspertnega sistema \"Sport manager\" bo potrebna njegova aplikacija na področje ovrednotenja tehnične, specialno motorične in psihološke pripravljenosti smučarjev skakalcev.
