The 3D bioprinter allows the creation of multilayer scaffolds that simulate the natural cellular microenvironment of the skin. Due to the need for reproducibility, we stored the bioink in a freezer and thawed it later. The rheological properties of the material after thawing significantly affect its viscosity, impacting the feasibility of 3D printing and the stability of the printed scaffolds. We found that the freezing temperature notably influences these properties, which is crucial for the further development of an in vitro skin model, promising for preclinical and clinical research</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V raziskavi smo razvili biočrnilo za 3D tiskanje z vključitvijo človeških kožnih celic, sestavljeno iz alginata, metilceluloze in nanofibrilarne celuloze v celičnem mediju. 3D biotiskalnik omogoča ustvarjanje večslojnih ogrodij, ki simulirajo naravno celično mikrookolje kože. Zaradi potrebe po ponovljivosti smo biočrnilo hranili v zamrzovalniku in ga kasneje odtajali. Reološke lastnosti materiala po odtalitvi bistveno vplivajo na njegovo viskoznost, kar vpliva na možnost 3D tiskanja in stabilnost natisnjenih ogrodij. Ugotovili smo, da temperatura zamrzovanja pomembno vpliva na te lastnosti, kar je ključno za nadaljnji razvoj in vitro modela kože, ki je obetaven za predklinične in klinične raziskave</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-XKLUQGFK"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-XKLUQGFK" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-XKLUQGFK/4b536051-9c4b-4dec-a3eb-1a2979be0489/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Združenje Pomurska akademsko znanstvena unija</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-XKLUQGFK/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-XKLUQGFK" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
