It was edited by professor Igor Kaučič. It includes thirty-one contributions predominantly in the Slovenian language, seven of them in English. They were contributed by renowned domestic and foreign (constitutional) lawyers, university professors, constitutional judges and other eminent lawyers. The contributions are divided into three subtitled thematic sections: Significance of Constitutionality and Constitutional Democracy; Relations between the Constitutional Court, National and International Bodies; and Selected Issues of Slovenian Constitutionality. The miscellany is introduced by keynote lecture of professor France Bučar, the president of the first Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia (and its Constitutional Commission) after its independence. The lecture was given at the two-day international scientific conference, held to commemorate the twenty years of the Slovenian Constitution on 21 and 22 December 2011 at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, and Constitutional Court of the Republic of Slovenia. The conference was entitled Twenty Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia: Significance of Constitutionality and Constitutional Democracy"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Pravna fakulteta Univerze v Ljubljani in Ustavno sodišče Republike Sloveniji sta ob dvajseti obletnici sprejema Ustave Republike Slovenije izdali znanstveni zbornik z naslovom Pomen ustavnosti in ustavna demokracija. Uredil ga je prof. dr. Igor Kaučič. Združuje enaintrideset prispevkov, večina jih je v slovenskem jeziku, sedem pa v angleškem. Njihovi avtorji so jih priznani domači in tuji (ustavni) pravniki, univerzitetni učitelji, ustavni sodniki in drugi ugledni pravniki. Prispevki so razdeljeni v tri podnaslovljene vsebinske sklope: Pomen ustavnosti in ustavna demokracija, Razmerja med ustavnim sodiščem, državnimi in meddržavnimi organi ter Izbrana vprašanja slovenske ustavnosti. Uvod v zbornik je slavnostno predavanje prof. dr. Franceta Bučarja, predsednika osamosvojitvenega zasedanja Skupščine Republike Slovenije ter njene ustavne komisije, ki ga je imel na dvodnevni mednarodni znanstveni konferenci.
