Za organizacije postaja vse bolj pomembno hitro, učinkovito in ustrezno načrtovanje digitalne transformacije z namenom doseganja prilagodljivosti in ohranjanja konkurenčnosti na trgu. Pri tem je ključno ustrezno razumevanje digitalizacije in z njo povezanih konceptov.
