While the Finnish Supreme Administrative Court found that the work of the delivery drivers had numerous characteristics typically associated with self-employed individuals - all elements of an employment relationship under Finnish law were nevertheless met in the case at hand. This decision may also be potentially significant for the Slovenian legal system - both in light of the implementation of the Platform Work Directive and in potential future court cases"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Avtor obravnava vsebino in pomen novejšega primerjalnopravnega sodnega primera določitve zaposlitvenega statusa dostavljavcev, ki opravljajo delo prek platforme za dostavo Wolt. Finsko Vrhovno upravno sodišče je sicer ugotovilo, da je imelo delo dostavljavcev številne značilnosti, ki so bile običajno povezane s samostojnimi podjetniki - vendar pa so bili v predmetni zadevi kljub temu izpolnjeni vsi elementi delovnega razmerja po finski zakonodaji.
