At that time, it was the period between the end of the first wafe and the beginning of the second wave of the coronavirus disease (covid-19) pandemic in Slovenia. Although the measures to contain the spread of coronavirus have been relaxed, it was still a time of uncertainty. A second wave of the epidemic has already been predicted for the autumn, with a new tightening of measures. The study, which was conducted on a sample of 542 people, showed that Slovenian Generation Y employees are highly emotionally intelligent and had not yet experienced high levels of burnout symptoms in the workplace at that time</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">V prispevku predstavljamo raziskavo o čustveni inteligentnosti in izgorelosti zaposlenih pripadnikov generacije Y v Sloveniji, ki smo jo izvedli med 21. majem in 13. julijem 2020. Za jesen so namreč že napovedovali drugi val epidemije in s tem vnovično zaostritev ukrepov. Raziskava, ki smo jo izvedli na vzorcu 542 oseb, je pokazala, da so zaposleni pripadniki slovenske generacije Y visoko čustveno inteligentni in da v tistem času še niso doživeli visokih stopenj simptomov izgorelosti na delovnem mestu</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-WYAJFO83"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-WYAJFO83" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WYAJFO83/62267116-cb43-4654-9f72-d8c634970fcb/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Društvo Slovenska akademija za management</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WYAJFO83/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WYAJFO83" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
