We made appropriate training that could improve mobility, strength and balance. The survey included 9 adults with average age of 43 +- 8.68 years, all having a sitting occupation. First we measured out all participants with locomotor tests to get assessment on the current locomotor abilities; after 6 weeks we repeated tests and then started with 6-weekly 10-minutne training. With the analysis of variance for repeated measures we were establishing the differences in average value among the experimental and control group. We established that a training programme has a positive effect on mobility of horizontal flexors of the right arm and flexors of the left shoulder and also on strength of the lower extremities. Based on results we could conclude that active break has positive effect on locomotor system of an employee"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Ljudje smo se prilagodili tehnološkim spremembam in se poenotili s sedečim načinom življenja. Ta ima lahko negativne učinke na zdravje, ki jih je mogoče zmanjšati z redno telesno aktivnostjo. V prispevku smo predstavili problematiko sedečega delovnega mesta in opredelili pozitivne učinke telovadbe med delom. Raziskovalci ugotavljajo, da pozitivni učinki telovadbe na delovnem mestu segajo na fizično in mentalno področje. Telovadba je zmanjšala bolečine v mišično skeletnih strukturah, predvsem v ledvenem delu hrbtenice, ramenih in vratu. Mnogi preiskovanci so prav tako zaradi vadbe med delom povečali telesno aktivnost v prostem času in izboljšali sestavo telesa. Raziskave opisujejo znižanje deleža maščobe in holesterola v telesu, mnogi pa poročajo o izgubljenih kilogramih in obsegu okoli pasu. Posledično se je znižalo tudi tveganje za sladkorno bolezen. Poleg fizičnega zdravja raziskave poročajo o izboljšanem počutju, produktivnosti in manjšem deležu bolniške odsotnosti.V raziskavi smo ugotavljali učinke desetminutne vadbe med delovnim časom na nekatere gibalne sposobnosti zaposlenih. Zasnovali smo program vadbe, ki bi vplival na gibljivost, moč in ravnotežje. Pri raziskavi je sodelovalo 9 preizkušancev s povprečno starostjo 43 let +- 8,68 let, ki opravljajo sedeč poklic. Preizkušance smo najprej izmerili z gibalnimi testi, s čimer smo dobili informacije o začetnem stanju gibalnih sposobnostih, po 6 tednih smo teste ponovili in zatem začeli s 6 tedenskim programom omenjene desetminutne vadbe. Z analizo variance za ponovljene meritve smo ugotavljali, kakšne so razlike v povprečnih vrednostih izmerjenih testov med eksperimentalno in kontrolno skupino. Ugotovili smo, da ima vadbeni program pozitivne učinke na gibljivost horizontalnih upogibalk desne roke, upogibalk leve rame in na moč spodnjih okončin.
