The study aimed to establish the differences in programmed and non-programmed agility tests using a sample of male and female athletes. In the programmed (non-reactive) agility tests the motor task was known beforehand, whereas in the nonprogrammed (reactive) agility tests it was completely unknown. The new "Flight Trainer" technology for measuring the time parameters of agility was applied in the experimental procedure. Eight tests of programmed and non-programmed agility were carried out. The sample of subjects included 45 male and 31 female students of the Faculty of Sport. Statistically significant differences were established between the subsamples in terms of programmed and non-programmed agility. Significant differences were also established between the agility tests where movement was known beforehand and those where movement was unknown. The differences between the reactive and non-reactive agility tests ranged from 9.9% to 14.0%. The measurement technology that was applied in his study can be a very useful diagnostic tool in the athletes' training process</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Agilnost je sposobnost hitrih sprememb gibanja v prostoru in času glede na pričakovane ali nepričakovane zunanje dražljaje . Izvedli smo 8 testov programirane in neprogramirane agilnosti. Merska tehnologija, ki smo jo uporabili v pričujoči študiji, je lahko zelo koristno sredstvo diagnostike v procesu treninga športnikov</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-WQ7FHJ79"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-WQ7FHJ79" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WQ7FHJ79/67cb7f85-f1e0-4410-91ed-8d3fc131cfea/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Fakulteta za šport</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WQ7FHJ79/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WQ7FHJ79" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
