Methods: Based on documentation of patients that concluded rehabilitation between November 2020 and March 2021, we coded acute and subacute complications based on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD). Descriptive statistics were calculated. Results: The most common acute complications were secondary pneumonia, pressure wound, adrenal insufficiency, thromboembolic events and electrolyte disbalance. During rehabilitation the most common documented complications were urinary tract infection, ulnar and peroneal nerve palsy, an episode of mental disorder and hypokalemia. Conclusion: During acute treatment and during rehabilitation the patients included in this study suffered from complications arising from different organic systems. A complex approach of an extended rehabilitation team was therefore needed</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Uvod: Na oddelku za rehabilitacijo pacientov po poškodbah, s perifernimi živčnimi okvarami in z revmatskimi obolenji Univerzitetnega rehabilitacijskega inštitut Republike Slovenije - Soča smo do oddaje članka zaradi posledic težko potekajoče bolezni COVID-19 na rehabilitacijo sprejeli 65 pacientov. Rezultati: Najpogostejši akutni zapleti so bili sekundarna pljučnica, razjeda zaradi pritiska, insuficienca nadledvičnice, trombembolični zapleti in elektrolitske motnje. Najpogostejši zapleti, zabeleženi v času rehabilitacije, so bili vnetje sečil, okvara ulnarnega in peronealnega živca, epizoda duševne motnje ter hipokaliemija. Zaključek: V času akutnega zdravljenja in rehabilitacije so imeli pacienti, vključeni v raziskavo, številne zaplete s področja različnih organskih sistemov, ki so zahtevali kompleksno obravnavo razširjenega rehabilitacijskega tima</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-WKF3N3X7"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-WKF3N3X7" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WKF3N3X7/1f93411e-1ebb-4dc4-8bfa-5bb4cdce2688/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerzitetni rehabilitacijski inštitut RS – Soča</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WKF3N3X7/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WKF3N3X7" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
