With a measuring system for establishing the mechanical parameters of contacts these impurities can be detected also after cleaning with freon ?$CCl_2F_2$? but not after plasma cleaning. Contact forces in miniature electronic components (e.g.relays) are often above 15cN. In that case the cleaning of metal with vacuum outgassing is sufficient. Vacuum outgassing indicates the adsorbed and deposited impurities on the contact surface so their origin can be determined. It can be concluded that for the relays with the contact force below 15cN better results are achieved with the plasma cleaning while for those above 15cN vacuum outgassing of contact material is sufficient. However, cleaning methods with freon are being abandoned nowadays"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"S študijem in meritvami lastnosti treh srebrnih kontaktnih materialov AgNiO.10, AgNi.15, AgCdO) ter stanja kontaktne površine smo ugotovili, da potek ?$R_k$? ne sledi izrazito relaciji ?$F_k^{-1/3}$?, kjer je ?$F_k$? kontaktna sila. Ta je odvisna od mehanskih lastnosti materiala, vendar je v območju kontaktnih sil od 3cN do približno 15cN odvisna tudi od tankih površinskih plasti nečistoč. Z merilnim sistemom za določanje mehanskih parametrov kontaktov se da te plasti zaznati še po klasičnem čiščenju s freonom ?$CCl_2F_2$?, po plazemskem čiščenju pa ne. Kontaktne sile v miniaturnih elektronskih sestavnih delih, npr. relejih, so pogosto v velikostnem razredu nad 15cN. V teh primerih zadostuje čiščenje kovinskih površin z vakuumskim razplinjevanjem. Le-to odkriva adsorbirane in nanesene nečistoče na kontaktni površini. S tem lahko ugotavljamo tudi njihov izvor. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da dosegamo pri relejih s kontaktnimi silami pod 15cN ugodnejše rezultate čiščenja s plazmo, nad 15cN pa zdostuje vakuumsko razplinjevanje kontaktnih materialov.
