This argument attempts to demonstrate that political structuration can occur as users of CMC construct new forms of political interaction that produce new rules and resources for political communication. While such changes appear to occur mainly at micro levels of interaction, their cumulative effects are argued to be capable of initiating significant changes in social systems. When engaged in political structuration, citizens are more likely to increase their political efficacy as well as their active role in a democratic system. While researchers have not yet found any substantial causal links yet between CMC and political participation, it is theoretically possible to encourage such links by showinghow specific political uses of communication technology can facilitate political agency</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Avtor razgrinja argumente za politično strukturacijski pristop k proučevanju digitalne demokracije. Raziskovalci sicer še niso našli dokazov za vzročno povezanost med računalniško posredovanim komuniciranjem in politično participacijo, vendar pa lahko teoretsko zagovarjamo tako povezanost, če pokažemo, kako specifične politične uporabe komunikacijske tehnologije pospešujejo politično delovanje</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-WDFG64RO"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-WDFG64RO" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WDFG64RO/52e37c71-78fa-4176-ae92-5e5898eba307/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Evropski inštitut za komuniciranje in kulturo - EURICOM</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WDFG64RO/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-WDFG64RO" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
