The main thesis is that simulacra are closed worlds, so in order to exist they do not need a subject. In a certain way these worlds are like perpetum mobile and are created by capitalism with a certain purpose, which ishidden from the consumer. Izhodiščna teza pravi, da so simulakri zaprti svetovi, ki ne potrebujejo subjekta, da bi obstajali. Na nek način so taki svetovi perpetum mobile in produkt kapitalizma, ki jih je ustvaril s prav določenim namenom.
