It can affect body structures and functions and consequently causes limitations in patientćs activity and participation. The article presents a review of published studies on rehabilitation of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, based mainly on the conclusions from review articles. The review shows the effectiveness of comprehensive rehabilitation as well as of individual therapeutic methods, although the assessment of quality of evidence and the consequent grade of recommendations differs between the authors of different reviews. Therefore, additional studies are necessary in search for optimal rehabilitation program for patients with rheumatoid arthritis"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Revmatoidni artritis je najpogostejša vnetna revmatična bolezen v razvitem svetu, ki lahko pri pacientih povzroči okvare na nivoju telesnih zgradb in funkcij, s posledičnimi omejitvami pri njihovih dejavnostih in sodelovanju. V prispevku predstavljamo pregled objav s področja rehabilitacije teh pacientov v obdobju zadnjih 10 let v dostopnih elektronskih podatkovnih zbirkah, s poudarkom na ugotovitvah preglednih člankov. Pregled ugotovitev kaže na učinkovitost tako celostne rehabilitacije kot posameznih terapevtskih metod, pri čemer se ocene kakovosti dokazov in s tem moči priporočil za uporabo posameznih metod med avtorji različnih pregledov literature razlikujejo.
