Launched by the Institute for Constitutional Law in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, the project aims to foster professional dialogue on rule-of-law issues and make constitutional topics accessible to the general public. The author analyses the content of the inaugural episodes featuring prominent guests: Franc Testen, former President of the Supreme and Constitutional Courts of the Republic of Slovenia, and Prof Dr Danilo Türk, former President of the Republic of Slovenia. The discussions highlight critical issues such as judicial integrity, the evolution of constitutional justice in Slovenia, and the constitutional role of the President of the Republic. Furthermore, the article situates the podcast within the broader landscape of legal podcasts in Slovenia (e.g., Vešči prava and VOX IURIS) and internationally (Amicus, We the People). The author concludes that podcasts, as modern digital formats, significantly contribute to constitutional culture and the ongoing reflection on the fundamental values of constitutional democracy</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Avtor predstavlja novo komunikacijsko pobudo na področju slovenske pravne publicistike - podkast Glas ustave. Avtor analizira vsebino uvodnih epizod, v katerih sta nastopila ugledna gosta: Franc Testen, nekdanji predsednik Vrhovnega in Ustavnega sodišča RS, ter prof. dr. Danilo Türk, nekdanji predsednik republike. Razprave osvetljujejo ključna vprašanja, kot so sodniška integriteta, razvoj ustavnega sodstva v Sloveniji in vloga predsednika republike v ustavnem sistemu. V drugem delu članek umešča Glas ustave v širši kontekst pravnih podkastov v Sloveniji (na primer Vešči prava in VOX IURIS) in tujini (Amicus in We the People). Prispevek ugotavlja, da podkasti kot sodobni digitalni formati pomembno prispevajo k ustavni kulturi in refleksiji o temeljnih vrednotah ustavne demokracije</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-VQEAU0XX"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-VQEAU0XX" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-VQEAU0XX/b363d74b-ba58-4f2d-8c44-512ba80f8ff7/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">Univerza v Ljubljani, Pravna fakulteta</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-VQEAU0XX/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-VQEAU0XX" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
