They have been preserved on warm rocky slopes where sites are not suitable for agricultural use. Phytosociologically the forests have been classified into two independent communities; namely on carbonate soil into theassociation of black pea and sessile oak Lathyro nigri-Quercetum petraeae Horvat 1958, and on silicate soil into the association of black spleenwort andsessile oak Asplenio adianti-nigri-Quercetum petraeae Košir ex Cimperšek ass. nov. The article presents their floristic, ecologic, historic and forestry characteristics, as well as their nature protection and ethnographic characteristics"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Vzhodna Slovenija je pod močnim vplivom subpanonskega podnebja, zato je tam veliko kserotermnih gradnovih in cerovih gozdov; zlasti pogosti in raznovrstni so na Kozjanskem in po Obsoteljskem hribovju. Ohranili so se na toplih, kamnitih strminah, kjer rastišča niso primerna za kmetijsko rabo. Fitocenološko smo jih uvrstili v dve samostojni združbi: na karbonatnih tleh vasociacijo črnega grahorja in gradna Lathyro nigri-Quercetum petraeae Horvat 1958, na silikatnih hribinah pa v združbo črnega sršaja in gradna Asplenio adianti-nigri-Quercetum petraeae Košir ex Cimperšek ass. nov.
