The data for the description were collected by observing the characteristics and phenomena for more than 25 years. We collected data of monthly wind statistics using the Windguru.com application. Data on average daily and night temperatures were found on the ARSO website. For descriptions of sea surface occurrences we used the Douglas scale of sea level. The points were classified according to suitability for those who are learning; for those who are looking for initial experience with independent engagement; as well as for experienced, who are searching for their borders and very experienced, who have found extremes. We have found that average monthly temperatures of the atmosphere and the sea are suitable for wind, kite and foil-surfing throughout the whole year. Statistics on the number of days per week with the wind with more than 3Bft indicates that these days are on average two to three in all weeks of the year. An overview of the characteristics of the most popular points has shown that in the upper part of the Adriatic sea are such that resemble on the playground, as well as that, where the nature occasionally shows its most raw powerNamen prispevka je bil opisati vetrovne in druge značilnosti najbolj priljubljenih točk za jadranje na deski, kajtanje in foilanje v Beneškem in Tržaškem zalivu, Istri in Kvarnerju. Podatke za opis smo zbrali z opazovanjem značilnosti in pojavov pri več kot 25-letnem ukvarjanju z jadranjem na deski; v zadnjem času pa tudi kajtanjem in foilanjem. Podatke o mesečni statistiki hitrosti vetra smo zbrali z aplikacijo Windguru.com. Podatke o povprečnih dnevnih in nočnih temperaturah smo poiskali na spletnih straneh Agencije Republike Slovenije za okolje. Pri opisih pojavov na morski gladini smo uporabili Douglasovo lestvico stopnje vzvalovanosti morja. Točke smo razvrstili glede na primernost za tiste, ki se učijo jadranja na deski, kajtanja ali foilanja; in glede na tiste, ki iščejo začetne izkušnje s samostojnim ukvarjanjem; pa tudi izkušene, ki iščejo svoje meje, in zelo izkušene, ki so našli skrajne meje. Ugotovili smo, da so povprečne mesečne temperature ozračja in morja primerne za ukvarjanje s temi športi pri nas celo leto. Statistika o številu dni tedensko, ko piha veter s hitrostjo več kot 3Bft+, kaže, da je le-teh povprečno dva do tri v vseh tednih v letu.
