Analysis was focused on the Municipality of Ilirska Bistrica, where a big potential for the wood biomass use was identified. Decision was supported with weighted factors and constraints that influence on the suitability of location. The result of the multi-criteria evaluation is a suitability map for the location of wood processing centre.
