This is linked to its history (and its involvement in national socialism), but it is also possible to explain with the profound changes of the research field - from a peasant society to the globalized everyday of the 21st century. We may ask ourselves, if in this regard the "special German path", "German Sonderweg" has come to its end or if the discipline - together with its national sister discipline such as European ethnology is moving towards a common European future. This piece represents an attempt to shed light on the problems as well as possibilities of such a project. In any case Slovenian ethnology also has an important role in this endeavor</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Znanosti se spreminjajo, pa vendar so le redke discipline doživele takšne paradigmatske spremembe kakor etnologija/ narodopisje (Volkskunde) na nemškem jezikovnem območju. Vsekakor ima pri tem pomembno vlogo tudi slovenska etnologija</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-USEWQK31"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-USEWQK31" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-USEWQK31/174e0e2b-5657-4cbf-bec7-66db7c2c9a85/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:intermediateProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:intermediateProvider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="sl">ZRC SAZU</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-USEWQK31/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-USEWQK31" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
