According to these accounts, complex interactions between political elites and the governed were taking place in which acceptance or rejection of the regime was produced. The results of the analysis show that the evaluations are relatively positive and diferentiated. However, the main hypothesis that the workers have a considerably more positive view compared to the intelligentsia, because the regime was presumably concerned with the former`s interests and neglected the latter, could not be confirmed: the intelligentsia`s evaluations are even slightly higher.
