In this period, the Faculty of Social Work, University of Ljubljana, defined 15 general and specific competences for the first time which have remained the same until today. Results of an empirical quantitative reserach carried out among last year students of the 1st level programme are then presented. Students were asked to evaluate the importance of each competence needed for social work practice and professional conduct in practical environments, and then they self-assesed acquired competences. The level of their satisfaction with theoretical and practical knowledge gained during their studies is also presented, as well as a comparison between different elective modules. The last part of the paper includes recommendations for further research</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Predstavljene so spremembe v izobraževanju za socialno delo v Sloveniji, s posebnim poudarkom na posodobitvah, ki jih je uvedla bolonjska reforma. V tem času je Fakulteta za socialno delo prvič oblikovala 15 splošnih in predmetno specifičnih kompetenc, ki se do danes niso spremenile. V prispevku so predstavljeni tudi rezultati empirične kvantitativne raziskave, izvedene med študentkami in študenti zadnjega letnika dodiplomskega študija na Fakulteti za socialno delo. V rezultatih sta prikazani njihova ocena pomembnosti posameznih kompetenc za opravljanje socialnega dela in za strokovno delovanje v praksi ter samoocena pridobljenih kompetenc. Poleg tega so prikazani tudi rezultati zadovoljstva s teoretskim in praktičnim znanjem, pridobljenim v času študija, narejena pa je tudi primerjava med posameznimi moduli.
