Problems associated with banks \"too-big-to-fail\" or even \"too-big-to-bail\" which significantly contributed to the outburst and expansion of the financial crisis, are yet to be solved. This article sheds light on post-crisis global (G20), EU, USA and national (GB, Germany, France, etc.) structural banking reforms. It presents legal and constitutional aspects with pros and cons of the separation of commercial and investment banking"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Svet se je skoraj nemudoma po izbruhu globalne finančne krize 2007-2009 odzval s številnimi zakonodajnimi reformami finančnega in bančnega sistema, ki temeljijo pred vsem na povišanju kapitalskih in likvidnostnih zahtev, regulaciji nereguliranih finančnih institucij, učinkovitejšem nadzoru, depozitnih garancijskih shemah, obravnavi tveganj, povezanih z izvedenimi finančnimi instrumenti itd. Vendar težave, povezane s prevelikimi in preveč kompleksnimi bankami, tako imenovani \"too-big-to-fail\" ali celo \"too-big-to-bail\", ki so bistveno prispevale k nastanku in razsežnostim finančne krize, s tem niso rešene. Prispevek osvetli pokrizne predloge reforme strukture bančnega sistema na treh ravneh - na globalni ravni (G20), na ravni ZDA in EU ter na nacionalnih ravneh (Velika Britanija, Nemčija, Francija...).
