Contemporary rehabilitation models encourage active patient participation in the goal setting process. Methods: We examined the goals set by the patients within the chronic pain program of the University Rehabilitation Institute in Ljubljana, and we checked whether the patients' expectations agree with the aims of the program. Conclusion: The patients mainly set themselves realistic goals, so they could be more actively involved in the rehabilitation goal setting process in the future. This would further increase patient satisfaction and rehabilitation effectiveness"},{"@xml:lang":"sl","#text":"Izhodišče: Za kakovostno rehabilitacijo je potrebno zastavljati cilje obravnave. V novejših modelih obravnave se pri zastavljanju ciljev spodbuja aktivno vključevanje pacienta. Metode: Pregledali smo, katere cilje si zastavijo pacienti v programu za kronično bolečino na URI Soča in ali s njihova pričakovanja ujemajo s cilji programa.
