Isotretinoin is an effective medication for managing severe forms of acne, while antihistamines help reduce inflammatory processes and discomfort associated with allergic reactions. Especially in patients with more severe forms of acne associated with pronounced inflammatory responses, this combination can provide an effective solution that not only improves skin condition but also contributes to greater psychological well-being. Given that acne can significantly impact quality of life, both physically and psychologically, it is important to adopt a holistic treatment approach that addresses both pharmacological and psychological aspects of care. Future research should explore the long-term effects of this combined therapy and its potential additional benefits for patients' mental health</dc:description><dc:description xml:lang="sl">Kombinacija izotretinoina in antihistaminikov pri zdravljenju aken ponuja obetavne rezultate, saj omogoča izboljšanje terapevtskih izidov, zmanjšanje vnetja in skrajšanje trajanja zdravljenja. V prihodnosti bo smiselno raziskati dolgotrajne učinke te kombinirane terapije in dodatne koristi, ki jih lahko prinese za duševno zdravje pacientov</dc:description><edm:type>TEXT</edm:type><dc:type xml:lang="sl">znanstveno časopisje</dc:type><dc:type xml:lang="en">journals</dc:type><dc:type rdf:resource="http://www.wikidata.org/entity/Q361785" /></edm:ProvidedCHO><ore:Aggregation rdf:about="http://www.dlib.si/?URN=URN:NBN:SI:doc-U489I7YP"><edm:aggregatedCHO rdf:resource="URN:NBN:SI:doc-U489I7YP" /><edm:isShownBy rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/stream/URN:NBN:SI:doc-U489I7YP/38a758e7-1346-4ea1-aa73-858dd2137fe1/PDF" /><edm:rights rdf:resource="http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/" /><edm:provider>Slovenian National E-content Aggregator</edm:provider><edm:dataProvider xml:lang="en">National and University Library of Slovenia</edm:dataProvider><edm:object rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/streamdb/URN:NBN:SI:doc-U489I7YP/maxi/edm" /><edm:isShownAt rdf:resource="http://www.dlib.si/details/URN:NBN:SI:doc-U489I7YP" /></ore:Aggregation></rdf:RDF>
